- Opening Hours：Mon.-Sat. 6:00~22:00, Sun. 6:00~17:00, Closed on National Holiday.
- For those who purchase the single-entry discount plan, please present your identification document and pay on-site.
- Applicants for self-swimming membership should enter the “Registration and Payment System (https://cash.phr.ntnu.edu.tw/)” at the Athletic Department of National Taiwan Normal University website, apply for an account according to the instructions, and log in to register online. After completing the registration and payment, hold the payment receipts and related documents and go to the swimming pool counter to apply for the self-swimming license.
- Discount for the disabled: Holders of the Disability Card and 1 accompanying person can always use it for free.
- Discount for children:
- (1) Children under six years old can use it for free by showing their ID documents for single use at all times; however, one child needs to be accompanied by an adult, and the accompanying person enjoys a 50% discount;
- (2) Children over six years old and under 12 years old have a 50% discount for single use at all times with proof documents.
- Discount for the elderly: Elderly over 65 years old can enjoy a 50% discount for single use during the public welfare hours of the natatorium (weekdays 9:00~11:00; 14:00~16:00) with their identification documents. (Weekdays are defined as holidays, national holidays, and periods other than the school’s winter and summer vacations)
- Swimmers must cooperate with the pool's opening time and the lane scheduling from the lifeguard. During some periods, only the large pool is open. Please pay attention to the on-site announcement.
