The central lawn and softball field are reserved exclusively for physical education classes, team training sessions, and university-approved activities.
  2. This field is reserved exclusively for individual sports. Unauthorized group activities, commercial use, or instruction without university approval are strictly prohibited.
  3. To ensure user safety on the running track, please follow these rules:
   (i) Lanes 1 and 2 are designated for competitions and testing; lanes 3 and 4 for fast running; lanes 5 and 6 for medium-speed running; and lanes 7 and 8 for slow running and walking.
Please observe proper track etiquette: faster users should use the inner lanes, while slower users should remain in the outer lanes.
(ii) Always run or walk counterclockwise. Avoid sudden lane changes, abrupt stops, or using electronic devices while on the track to prevent accidents. If you need to run clockwise, stay outside lane 8 and do not interfere with users in lane 8.
(iii) No littering is allowed. Smoking, alcohol consumption, fireworks, and pet activities are strictly prohibited, except for certified working dogs.
(iv) Wearing high heels, riding bicycles or electric wheelchairs, operating remote-controlled aircraft (including drones), and flying kites are prohibited.
  1. Sports activities involve inherent risks. Users should exercise caution to prevent injuries. If an injury occurs due to personal negligence or a violation of these rules, the user shall be fully responsible. If others are harmed as a result, the user will be held liable in a legal sense.
  2. Any matters not specified herein will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations or the interpretations provided by the authorities.
